Property Manager / Assistant

Job Description: Looking for a dynamic, highly driven property manager / assistant for our rapidly growing small businesses! Bazley Properties and Newark Building Solutions are constantly adapting to changing trends, new technology and apps, housing demands, and new investment opportunities. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, driven, can multi-task, and keep excellent records and lists to ensure tasks get done on-time, manage tenants, leases, and rent collection, coordinate with contractors, learn accounting software, and more!! You will be exposed to every aspect of landlording, solving housing needs and shortages, coordinating with local housing authorities, problem solving, project management, communication with tenants and customers, documentation and real-estate investing. You will work daily with the owners of the business.  

  • Required: Undergraduate Associates or Bachelor's college degree in any field
  • Required: Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and a bit of tech savvy-ness.
  • Required: Strong work ethic and drive to work independently and constantly multi-task
  • Required: Drive & desire to learn new software, standard operating procedures, and accounting practices
  • Required: Reliable transportation
  • Highly Preferred: Your own computer and smartphone

Construction & Maintenance

  • Any type of construction skills

Training Opportunities... No experience necessary
